Borehole Submersible Turbine Pumps
Fab water engineering is able to supply submersible turbine pumps in a variety of materials including cast iron and stainless steel. These turbine pumps can pump fresh and saline water with 150grams of sand per 1000 l . The submersible turbines are able to pump to heads of 850m at flows up to 2000m/cube. We are also able to supply submersible turbine pumps for horizontal pumping conditions. All these pumps are available in DOL and Star delta configurations with varying voltages. Vertical turbine pumps are supplied for deep well applications with high flow expectations. Fab water engineering can supply diesel or electrically powered vertical turbines with a variety of depth and flow options. The pumps are available from 5” to 18” configurations with water or oil lubricated bearings. Larger for special applications.
Submersible Borehole Pumps
Fab water engineering can supply a variety of submersible pumps for domestic, industrial, agriculture and general purposes. These pumps are mainly 100mm in diameter with flows of up to 24m/cube per hour with heads of up to 350m. The borehole pumps are constructed from a variety of materials mainly stainless steel. The pump motors are available in single or three phase DOL configurations 230v and 400v.
Helical Rotor Pumps
Fab water engineering supply helical rotor pumps to areas where there is no electrical power available. These pumps can also be used in deep boreholes or where high heads are required. Helical rotor pumps are available to flows up to 100m/c per hour and heads up to 700m.

Booster sets from 0.25kw to 80kw are available in single phase and three phase. We can build booster sets for any application requiring constant reliable pressure.

Electric submersible booster pumps are the ideal solution in all those cases where it is essential to eliminate all the critical aspects concerning plant, environment, and maintenance requirements in applications involving traditional solutions; i.e. electric pumps with horizontal shaft.
The main feature of the radial wet end is that high operating pressure values are reached. The reason for this is that the limited axial size of the hydraulic components allows wet ends with a high number of stages and a short overall length to be constructed.
